I have spent most of my adult life searching for that dream job and have yet to find it.  You could argue that I am a jack of all trades, but a master of none having worked as a designer, race car mechanic, fabricator, sales person, software developer, scrum master, project manager the list can go on.  Although I enjoyed many of the jobs listed above, I did not find fulfillment in any one of them, nor did I find personal freedom.

I am at that age now where I need to think about retirement and also about doing many of the things that are on my bucket list.  But like many of you, I don’t have enough time, money or both to do these things.

So I decided to create a dream job that provides financial security for my future, freedom to do the things I enjoy and most importantly, find fulfillment through helping others create their dream job.

I created BREAK FROM AVERAGE for this reason because I believe that helping people to unlock their potential and become entrepreneurs will help save the world.
